Image Upload Quality Guidelines

Ensure Your Designs Look Their Best!

  • Ideal Resolution: For maximum sharpness and clarity, upload your file with a resolution between 300 and 150 DPI.
  • Image Quality Check: Please note, we do not verify the quality of your images before printing.

Vector vs Raster Images

Which Should You Choose?

  • VECTOR Images: Recommended for maximum quality. VECTOR images, made from mathematically calculated lines, curves, and shapes, offer perfect resolution at any size.
  • File types include Svg,Eps,Ai,Pdf
    • Why VECTOR? Ideal for scaling, ensuring crisp and clear images, even on larger surfaces.
  • Raster Images: Composed of tiny squares (pixels). The quality depends on DPI (dots per inch).
  • File types include Png,Jpg,Bmp,Psd,Pdf
    • For Best Results: Aim for more than 150 DPI to minimize pixelation.

F.A.Q

1. I have a PDF logo file, is that OK? It's listed in both raster and vector.

  • Answer: PDF files are unique as they can act like a "folder" in a file format. This means your PDF could contain either vector graphics, raster images, or a combination of both in different layers. When you submit a PDF, we'll inspect it to determine the best approach for printing your decals with the highest quality.

2. Can you edit or enhance my design before printing?

  • Answer: Absolutely! If you need assistance with your design, our team of professional designers can help enhance and prepare your image for optimal printing results.

3. Are these decals Dishwasher safe?

  • Answer: Yes, our decals are designed to be dishwasher safe and withstand harsh conditions, making them perfect for both creating Mugs, tumblers, Travel Mugs, and basically anything you like.

Application Instructions

Easy-to-Follow Steps to Apply Your Decal

  1. Cut Out the Decal: Carefully cut around your decal.
  2. Clean the Surface: Ensure no dirt or debris is present.
  3. Peel and Stick: Remove the back sheet and apply the decal.
  4. Secure the Decal: Rub over the decal area for firm adhesion with your finger. Note that the remaining clear front plastic area "around" the decal can be very sticky and could possibly damage the area around the sticker when removing it depending on the surface conditions. If the area around the decal is of concern then trim the clear plastic closer to the decal and make sure to only press the area where the decal ink is and not the surrounding areas that are empty.
  5. Final Touches: Remove the front plastic and ensure the decal is securely in place.

These Decals are not on vinyl, or any kind of backing, they are 100% ink and coatings alone and are not removable. They are similar to applying nailpolish and clearcoat directly to a surface
